The Father of Josh Hancock

I saw a few posts on this but I would like to see what people think.

The father is suing everyone. He is suing the guy whose car was stalled on the freeway, the tow truck driver that Josh ran into, and the bar/restaurant that served Josh the drinks.

Seriously. WTF? Whose next?

Like the lawsiuts are going to bring his son back.

Josh Hancock made a bad decision, and put his life, and others at risk. His father should just be happy that nobody else was hurt.

It's not the bar's or bars' fault that he was drinking and driving. I hate frivilous lawsuits.

I'm suing Scrappy

over the psychological trauma I experienced during today's game. Hopefully, I can get Class Action Guy to represent me.

I hate these type of lawsuits

they deflect the blame from the individual for being retarded. I really wish people would just take resposibility or at least realize how personal resposibility works.
