The Next LL Game?
Why not this Sunday? I know it's short turn-around for most folks, but it's also the next start for the King and against our hated rivals the Padres! It's a 1:05 start time, which is good news for those of us who work nights and thus can't partake of fun things like evening baseball games very often.

I'm already going this Sunday,
This weekend is Little League weekend, which actually means that a lot of the upper deck seats might already be taken by groups of little league teams. (Seriously. You think I'm kidding, but I've seen some of these weekend games where the upper deck is PACKED and there are still plenty of empty seats in the lower levels. There's a bunch of special events for little leaguers and then they get discounted seats in the upper deck, much like the BECU $10 deal.)
But, I'm not saying not to go ahead and do this. Especially because, crap, I just looked at the next 1pm game and it's also a Little League Day, so eh.
I wonder if there'd be an efficient way to set these up in general. Believe it or not, the next BECU night is Monday 6/4 against the Orioles, and if I've counted correctly, it should be another Felix start.

One of the challenges
A good idea, if you decide to do the bleachers or the $18 View Reserved seats, would be to meet up as a group before the game and try to snag tickets as a group, assuring everyone will be together.

Yeah, except that's a pain to coordinate
I don't think it's necessarily a bad idea to coordinate for this Sunday, just that the weekendness of it makes it a bit more difficult. If anyone wants to come sit with me and my camera in the lower deck they're welcome to, of course :)

how much are tickets in your neck of the woods?
by Matthew on May 16, 2007 2:59 PM PDT up reply actions 0 recs
$38 for a single ticket.
Depending on the circumstances and how conspicuous you are, it's still possible to sneak into Field from elsewhere, though. Not that I'd ever condone such activities.

Now, that...
Just think. It'd be like a corner of Safeco that was forever England. Or something.
Like it, gives us three months to book flights! ;o)
