A's 1b Johnson out at least 3 months

In AL West news A's 1b Dan Johnson is out about 3 months after suffering torn cartilage in his hip. The injury was the result of a collision with Yorvit Torreabla. Erubiel Durazo is expected to take his spot.

Can't hit shit anyway. Or at least hasn't shown he can handle major league pitching at all. I don't see this as a downgrade for the A's yet.

He put up a .806 OPS in 2005. And he had some injuries last year IIRC that may of accounted for some of his crappyness.
