Hypothetical Kemp Question

What pitcher(s) would you be willing to part with in order to get Matt Kemp from the Dodgers? They say they want a starter in return.

More of what I'm wondering, because the M's aren't going to get him, is what would be the prospect pitcher's comparison to him? He's very talented, but I'm not sure how he ranks exactly.

Thoughts?

I heard this "Ramirez" was pretty good.
I mean, he must have been considering what the Mariners gave up to get him, right?

Yes
Felix is never to be discussed in trade speculation.

Felix for
Johan Santana, Joe Mauer, Justin Morenau, and Joe Nathan. The Twins pay for 7 year extensions for all of them.

I think you're right Jeff.
Morrow isn't a proven starter, and Tillman / Butler aren't close enough to the majors or proven enough to get Kemp.

I would trade Horacio
for Shawn Kemp in a heartbeat.

I bet Shawn Kemp could post a better ERA
Even the fat, coked out TrailBlazers version of Shawn Kemp.

and think of
all the money he would bring in and spread around in Seattle, making our drug-dealers wealthier, approximately 7-10 women much richer (for the next 18 years), and they could show highights from the Payton/Kemp years on the jumbotron which would rock.

Plus all the stories about the next 2 sport star, a la Bo Jackson!

Andre Ethier
might be cheaper right?  I'd want him.  Not quite as much as Kemp but still he'd be a very nice piece.
