Leone DFA'd

The Padres DFA'd Justin Leone last week to make room on the 40 man for David Wells.  

Just saw that the Padres DFA'd Justin Leone last week in order to make room on the 40 man roster for David Wells.  I saw Leone coaching the bases down in Portland on a televised game not too long ago.  At the time I wondered why he was coaching at 1B rather than playing - at the time I surmised that he was nursing an injury.  In any event, it will be interesting to see if he catches on somewhere - or if this is the end of his baseball career.  I'm betting on the latter.
