PrintJust saw a blurb on ESPN saying Meche is out indefinitely with a strained oblique. If true (I can't find a link to a report) it seems like Foppert has the opening he was looking for.

A strained oblique... Player A had one of those last year, and he never recovered.
Oh wait... my mistake. He recovered from that. It was SUCKING SO BAD that he never recovered from.
Maybe the strained oblique is a common injury among crappy major leaguers.
