PrintRafael Soriano is on the way up.
His velocity is still topping out in the mid-90s - he's not threatening 100 like he used to - but it doesn't seem to have affected his hittability, as he's fanned 24 hitters in 16.1 minor league innings (with 11 hits and three walks).
