on another note
bring him to the M's
I knew it, according to Rotoworld
If they go after him, they'll put him in the minors and see if he can pitch his way out.
Sele couldn't pitch his way out of Everett
Don't tell them they are making mistakes.
Granted
I'm coming from NY to see that series
But it doesn't feel like it

You're free to your own opinion of what that line means, but that looks like a pretty piss-poor hitter to me, and this is supposedly his breakout year. Yikes.

I'm thinking no, but stranger things have happened - like walk-off balks and walk-off strikeouts...

#1. Most important thing: Felix now knows that he CAN get out MLB hitters.

A good nickname for Mateo:
- He looks as ugly as one
- He vultures wins from better pitchers, like Jeff Harris a couple days back, and if he holds up and gets run support, from Felix today.
Felix...
Now what? It's just another typical Mariners game, at this point.
I hate MLB.com!
"Hernandez makes debut in MLB.TV exclusive"
Except there's no disclaimer that it's BLACKED OUT in the PNW...
Why do they...
Conspiracy Theory
Just wait until they start charging for Gameday...

Note to National League pitchers:
Yet if he was in a Mariners uniform...
Detroit...
That's really pathetic.
Ugh...
But putting false facades on their buildings? Give me a break.
(Football season, it's coming! Yeeeeeeeeeah!)
Not that strange.

True...
If I had my way, the Super Bowl would be in the following cities, on a rotation basis:
San Diego, New Orleans, Miami, Phoenix (Glendale; home of the new Cardinals stadium, opening in 2006)
Please don't have it in San Diego.

Spiezio I'm sure is close to that bad - isn't he?

Pedro Martinez
not walking ichiro
Spiezio killed The Pump
I was sick and tired of having to keep up with Scott Spiezio's batting average.
Okay, that's not the only reason. But that's one of the main reasons, heh.

Rotoworld is already reccomending
Ballgame.
I give Felix a B+ on his debut. Here's to many more healthy years to come.
As seen on MLBTV
Hargrove: snoring, mumbling Ubh bhurb brubb. Where am I?
Hassey: Detroit, skip. Comerica park. You're managing the Mariners. 8th inning, Morse on at first. Spiezio due up. We're down by two -- you think we should pinch-hit?
Hargrove: Stay focused. Let's get this guy. Just throw strikes, son!
Hassey: Skip?
Hargrove: You heard me! Er, wait. Send in Bloomquist.
Hassey: Uh, skip. He's up after Ichiro. 0-3 so far today, as is Ichiro.
Hargrove: Where's Boone?
Hassey: He's at home with the twins. We traded him to Minnesota, but they gave up on him too.
Hargrove: Gets up off bench & starts walking to the mound. Taps his right arm.
Hassey: Chases after Hargrove... Uh, skip, we can't make a pitching change. We're up to the plate.
Hargrove:Ignores Hassey, reaches Rodney... Stay focused. Let's get this guy. Just throw strikes, son!
.......

My official entry
Of course, there's got to be some reference to Felix somewhere, but that deserves (and will probably get) it's own discussion. The rest of the game could be summarized precisely thusly.
Just watched the replay on mlb.tv
Nope.
