I wish I were kidding. Beltre could hit home runs in his next nine at bats and he'd still have an OPS under .800. With Dontrelle Willis and AJ Burnett scheduled to pitch in this series, he really needs to tee off on Brian Moehler tomorrow. Really.
At what point do expectations that Beltre will catch fire turn into hope?
